We were comparing Sleep Country and The Brick for weeks, going back and forth. A friend told us about Canadian Mattress and we're so glad they did. The difference in service was night and day. At the chains, we felt like we were being processed through a script. At Canadian Mattress, Brett actually spent over an hour with us, comparing brands, explaining the differences between coil types, and figuring out what would work for both of us (I'm a back sleeper, she's a side sleeper). Absolutely fantastic service. It's a small business with three sales associates and one dedicated delivery driver. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ed. He was an absolute wealth of knowledge and shared information from many studies and was able to match us with the perfect bed. They always try to keep their warehouse stocked and were able to deliver the NEXT DAY. Ed's wife ended up giving birth that day, and their delivery driver was sick, but they "moved heaven and earth" to get our bed to us and Ben helped me bring it right into our bedroom.
