Went there with my mom looking for a mattress for her. We were attended by Brett. The experience was absolutely amazing, hands down. Brett was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with us. It was amazing how much work Brett put into finding the right mattress for my mom. He even noticed that her posture is better when laying on her side vs her back, and was able to recommend the right firmness based on that. Our old mattress was giving my wife serious back pain and she was barely sleeping 4 hours a night. We'd been putting off replacing it because buying a mattress felt overwhelming. Why TEMPUR isn't just memory foam.

Standard memory foam responds to weight. TEMPUR responds to weight, body shape, and temperature — together. The result is more even pressure relief, less of the 'stuck' or 'sinking' feeling some sleepers dislike about cheaper memory foams. TEMPUR has been refined since the 1960s, when NASA developed the original viscoelastic material to cushion astronauts during launch. Tempur-Pedic spent more than 15 years adapting it for consumer mattresses.

What makes the PROAlign 2.0 line different.

PROAlign 2.0 is Tempur-Pedic's Canadian-market line — built specifically for Canadian sleepers. Each firmness uses a deeper-than-standard TEMPUR comfort layer over a TEMPUR support core, with the Hybrid swapping the support core for an individually wrapped pocket coil. That swap is why the Hybrid sleeps cooler and works better on adjustable bases, while the all-foam models give you the classic Tempur-Pedic 'cradle' feel.

When Tempur-Pedic isn't the right call.

If you bounce out of bed in the morning and prefer a firmer, more responsive feel, you'll likely prefer one of our pocket-coil hybrids over a Tempur-Pedic. If you live with someone significantly heavier or lighter than you, the Medium Hybrid is usually the right pick — but a split-king adjustable might serve you better.
