The guys at Canadian Mattress were awesome! I had stopped in a few other stores, but didn't feel like any of those sales reps genuinely were interested in finding me the perfect mattress vs. just selling me whatever. Edward asked a bunch of questions about my sleeping habits and got us on a Beautyrest Black that was the best sleep I've ever had. If you're looking for a new mattress, skip the chain stores and head to Canadian Mattress!

My father and I came in to look around for mattresses, and were given a great "bed-education" as they call it by our sales guy Matt. He was great! We learned lots and had great conversation. We were looking for a new mattress after sleeping on our current one for over 10 years. We shopped around — went to Sleep Country, IKEA, and even looked at online brands like Douglas and Endy — but nothing compared to the experience we had at Canadian Mattress. We were comparing Sleep Country and The Brick for weeks, going back and forth. A friend told us about Canadian Mattress and we're so glad they did. The difference in service was night and day. At the chains, we felt like we were being processed through a script. At Canadian Mattress, Brett actually spent over an hour with us, comparing brands, explaining the differences between coil types, and figuring out what would work for both of us (I'm a back sleeper, she's a side sleeper). We got a Stearns & Foster that we both love and paid less than what Sleep Country quoted for a comparable mattress. Save yourself the runaround and go here first.

Went to Canadian Mattress after trying an Endy mattress we ordered online. The Endy was way too firm and we hated the whole bed-in-a-box experience — you can't try before you buy and returning was a hassle. At Canadian Mattress, we were able to actually lay on different mattresses and feel the difference. Brett helped us understand why the online mattress didn't work for us and what to look for instead. Ended up with a Beautyrest and it's infinitely more comfortable. Lesson learned: don't buy a mattress you haven't tried!

We needed a mattress for our guest room and figured we'd just grab something cheap from IKEA. On a whim we stopped at Canadian Mattress and Ed showed us some options in our price range that were leagues better than what we'd been looking at. No pressure to spend more.
