I have been recommending Canadian Mattress to anyone I know who is looking for a new bed. We had such a great experience with them. Ed is super knowledgeable and helpful, but doesn't feel like a salesperson. Shopping there was a much more relaxing experience than the other mattress stores we went to. We bought a mattress, bed frame, and sheets from them last year. This year we went in to replace the sheets because ours had started to tear at the seem, and instead of just selling us new sheets like most people would have, Ed remembered us and offered to look into the warranty. I genuinely can't recommend them enough.

So very grateful for the help we received here. Edward was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. Thanks to Canadian Mattress we found a mattress most suited for my needs, will last through a wide price range (for those looking). We will absolutely be back to this store for any bed-related needs. We were in the market for a king bed and mattress and walked into the Edmonton showroom and met Edward. He was very patient and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and styles of beds. He wasn't pushy and walked us through many mattresses to try until we found the right one for us. We ended up purchasing a Serta mattress and are very pleased with it. We would recommend this store for a great mattress buying experience.

My husband and I went shopping for a new bed this weekend, and we stopped at Canadian Mattress. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge of the sales person. Very no pressure approach. Also, I didn't feel that they were trying to up-sell me. In fact the sales person we talked to took the time to show us why we didn't need the top of the line mattress based on our preferences. They pointed out how the more economical option checked all of our boxes and was well within our budget. This was such a different experience compared to the other bed stores we went to. I felt like these guys genuinely were trying to help us and not just trying to make a buck. I will definitely be back here to purchase a couple more beds in the future.

He didn't try to push us into buying a more expensive product. After buying from them, we went back to buy a few things and we plan on returning for more.
