If you're a side sleeper dealing with hip pain, go to Canadian Mattress. I tried everything — memory foam toppers, pillow between the knees — nothing worked until Ed helped me find the right mattress. It depends on your sleep position, body weight, and where you tend to feel sore. There's no single answer, which is why we run the 15-minute comfort test in person. As a rule of thumb, side sleepers with hip pressure tend to prefer plusher tops with firm support cores. Back sleepers with lower-back stiffness often go medium-firm. But that's a starting point, not an answer for your body.

Most customers say they notice a change within one to two weeks. Full adjustment usually takes three or four. If you're not sleeping better within 60 nights and the mattress was $699 or more purchased with a protector, our Love Your Mattress Guarantee lets you exchange for a different model.
